I'm almost 100% certain that they damaged my wheel when re-fitting a tyre. They were perfect, then a 5p sized dent/scuff right on the face of the wheel.When challenged, the fitter denied it - difficult to argue the toss when you don't do a walk around the car before the work is done.On reflection, I wish I'd pushed them to accept responsibility, but doubt it would have changed matters

Ive used this service before and it was great. The last time I arrived they balanced my alloys and said that one of the alloy need straightening, because it required a lot of weight to balance, but as I found out at another garage the wheels were not balanced properly and this is what caused vibration. 26 waisted
