My 10 year old says he really likes southwater park in every shape and form!!! Good cafe, lots of buggy / scooter friendly trails and a really fab play area suitable for toddlers to older children.
Visited here on a Sunday afternoon, great place to take the kids. They have a visitors centre and cafe, we ordered paninis, not good, also cake which was good. No frills kind of a place meant for families.
One of the very best parks near Horsham, lakes, walks, woods, fabulous dinosaur themed play park, bbq places, grassy areas, huge. Spend all day and take a picnic. My son begs to be taken here, its A1. Fantastic.
Great short walk around peaceful lake. Good conditions for buggy and nice cafe for coffee and lunch. Great that carpark free in the winter and lovely park for the kids.
Really like this park, all wooden play apparatus, our grandson loved it. They are doing something about the rat problem bins closed up and big covered bins for use (We didn't see any rats) we found the cafe very nice, lots of staff on, good selection of food. Lovely walk around the lake.
